2025–26Tools built with AI agents, and tools built for them. Each has a defined input, a defined output, and a check a person runs before the result is used.

Portfolio Generator
Builds the print portfolio from the live site. 25 pages, 11 × 8.5 in, with a live text layer and a 3.5 MB variant for upload caps. Check: all 41 site images used once; no text invented.
Image Optimizer
Converts site imagery to WebP at an 1800 px long edge. Drawings, sketches, and text-bearing figures are classified by inspection and kept at higher quality, where compression shows. EXIF is stripped.
bradmachado.com
Hand-written static HTML and one stylesheet. No framework, no build step, no JavaScript. Built by Claude Code against a five-phase plan that stopped at every checkpoint.
HVAC Rightsizing Pipeline
Harmonization and stratification for peak-load transfer onto ~130M U.S. residential records. Scripted in SQL and Python on Databricks, using AI-assisted development.
Code Strategy
A reusable agent skill that runs a project end to end: source intake, strategy plan, subagent execution, a living progress log, and a report per subtask. It stops only for physical actions, undefined objectives, destructive steps, or missing tools.
Strategy Plan
A skill that turns a project's first conversation into a plan: toolchain, timed subtasks, a handoff prompt for each, folder structure, and a progress log.
Subdomain Handoff Spec
A briefing that lets a separate agent build a subdomain without touching the main site. It fixes the order of operations after a dangling-DNS domain takeover: the repository claims the domain before DNS points at it. Every step is marked human or agent.
An agent can build a tool in an afternoon. It cannot tell you whether the output is true. That check is the part I design.
